Free standard shipping applies to eligible ready-made paintings purchased by 30 September 2026 at 11:59 PM, Florence time for delivery to Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau.
Customs, taxes, brokerage, local fees, express upgrades, remote-area charges, and specialist packing are not included.
Large, heavy, fragile, or specially framed works may need a separate quote.
Dispatch & Delivery
Ready-made paintings usually leave the Florence studio within 1–3 business days after payment. This is dispatch time, not delivery time.

Tracking & Transit Insurance
Tracking is included. Transit insurance is added where available and may vary by destination and carrier.
Packing & Framed Works
Each painting is packed for its size, surface, frame, and destination. The listing will state whether the work is framed.
Specialist packing or crating may require an extra quote.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Collectors are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage, and local handling fees.
Free shipping covers the eligible standard outbound carrier charge only.
Commissioned & Personalized Work
Commission price, schedule, framing, and delivery are confirmed in writing.
A non-refundable 50% deposit starts the commission. The remaining 50% is due after final approval and before collection or shipment.
The ready-made 1–3 day dispatch estimate and launch shipping offer apply only if included in the proposal.
