Shipping Fees & Quotes

Artwork prices shown in the Shop do not include shipping. The listed price covers the artwork only.

Shipping is calculated separately for each order according to the destination, artwork dimensions and weight, framing, packing, insurance, and carrier service.

Please contact the studio with your country or postal code and the artwork title before purchase. The shipping quote and payment arrangement will be confirmed before dispatch.

Dispatch & Delivery

Ready-made paintings usually leave the Florence studio within 1–3 business days after the artwork payment and shipping arrangements are complete. This is dispatch time, not delivery time.

• Delivery time varies by destination and carrier.
• Please provide a complete delivery address.
• Large or specially framed works may need extra preparation.

Tracking & Transit Insurance

Tracking is provided for shipped orders. The shipping quote will state whether transit insurance is included; coverage may vary by destination and carrier.

Packing & Framed Works

Each painting is packed for its size, surface, frame, and destination. The listing will state whether the work is framed.

Specialist packing or crating is not included in the artwork price and will be stated in the shipping quote.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Collectors are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage, and local handling fees.

These charges are not included in the artwork price or shipping quote unless expressly stated in writing.

All artwork images displayed on Hui Fine Art are protected by copyright and remain the property of Guanghui Hou / Hui Fine Art. All rights are reserved.

Images may not be reproduced, published, distributed, altered, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Commissioned & Personalized Work

Commission scope, private proposal, schedule, framing, and delivery are confirmed in writing.

A non-refundable 50% deposit starts the commission. The remaining 50% is due after final approval and before collection or shipment.

Shipping, packing, insurance, customs duties, and taxes are not included unless they are expressly stated in the written commission proposal.
